100 MILE CHALLENGE- CAN YOU DO IT?

Need to up my run distance a bit, so I'm in. But think I am only going to track my runs, hate to say it, but think it would be to easy if I counted my horseback riding and spinning classes.
Wondering when I became such a fitness freak?0 -
I will do it! Anyone have a suggestion on a good pedometer? I have a little generic one but I don't think it works right.0

I just want to clarify. Exercising while walking in place DOES count!! You count whatever you want to count but be honest with you. My goal thru starting this challenge was to have everyone push themselves! Just send me your stats either everynight or whenever! I would appreciate if they could be send to me through a message. It will make it easier for me to keep track of everyone!0

10 miles per day?!.....I may need to do more biking than walking and running!

Don't know what math formula I was using yesterday. 10 miles a day would be 300 miles for the month. The actual miles needed daily is 3.3. Some days I should not do math in my head.0 -

This is just what I need as a challenge/goal to get me through June.... a time where the heat of summer seems to make me complacent with not moving my body. I'm in!!!!0

I have been getting myself ready. I did 2 miles on my gazelle Thursday and I went with my grand babies to the aquarium and then to the park yesterday. I am sure I did more than three miles. (Forgot my pedometer though! DOH! :huh: )
Going to the river today. I will definitely get in some hiking!0 -
Got a One Year Pass to the Zoo last Week. Can't wait to use it for the Aquarium Plus all the other exhibits.:happy:0
