I have put off the walk all day and really had to push myself this time around. But here's to five more miles down! :drinker:

Just downloaded the 3 mile walk at home video from exerciseTV. It was great, I have been doing the 1 and 2 mile walks available on youtube but this one was better.

Youtube froze up halfway through my 2 mile walk so only 1 mile today. I found a hilarious barbie workout that I used to do when I was a kid. I could only make it halfway though it, I couldn't keep up with the moves. It was funny though.
