    I have put off the walk all day and really had to push myself this time around. But here's to five more miles down! :drinker:

    After swimming for over an hour today I had decided not to walk but changed my mind last minute. I only did 1 mile but at least I walked.

    I will do 120 miles.
    I walked 63.75 previously
    I walked 5 today
    I walked 68.75 total

    I used the 1 mile jog today and did that over and over so I got a really good burn!

    I did 4 miles Sat, 4 on Sunday and 4 this morning. Still haven't missed a single day!! I'm impressing myself, lol!

    Just downloaded the 3 mile walk at home video from exerciseTV. It was great, I have been doing the 1 and 2 mile walks available on youtube but this one was better.

    I was out of town all weekend and was extremely busy so I didn't do any miles at all. I did do 4 miles last night and it felt great! :)

    Youtube froze up halfway through my 2 mile walk so only 1 mile today. I found a hilarious barbie workout that I used to do when I was a kid. I could only make it halfway though it, I couldn't keep up with the moves. It was funny though.

    I have set a calorie burn of 3000 for the week so I need to walk 5 miles a day to reach that goal. I guess I'll meet this goal faster. How's everyone doing? We are almost half way through the month. :smile:
