Sorry, I didn't have a chance to log in yesterday. I Did do another 3.5 miles of water walking in the local pool and burned 764 calories yesterday.

I've been walking on the treadmill everyday and getting bored so last night I opened the DVD's I bought in 2010. I could only get through the 1 mile intro one, it sure is not as easy as just walking a mile on the treadmill.

I don't feel as if I am getting my heart rate up with the DVD's as much as with the treadmill. My little fat legs can't go as fast. Will this improve as my muscles adjust?0 -
