The June Move-It 360 minutes a week challenge

June is upon us and summer is here...can you wear shorts with confidence? :huh: Do you look fit and trim in your swimsuit? :grumble: If not, this is the challenge for you.

In 30 days, we NEED to firm and tone up that outer layer and walk around with firm booty's:smokin:

1) WE ARE NOT going to be mushy :sad:
2) Our thighs WILL NOT rub together when we walk :noway:
3) WE WILL make our goals this week :drinker: :drinker:
4) Things WILL NOT jiggle unless we are dancing and we want them to :smokin:

The goals are:

1) 360 minutes of moving...it doesn't matter what kind you do or how you break it up...

So, you've go to make some time to time to Move it! Shake it! Jiggle it! Wiggle it! Bump it! Thump it! Stomp it! Womp it!! I don't care what kind of exercise you do as long as your moving this week.

you can wash walls......do videos......walk your neighbors dog...... just get busy...garden...ride your bike to the store!!!

Point is to keep moving and doing something

2) Burn 2500 to 3500 calories with a heart rate monitor

OK, who's in for Week #1, if at first you don't succeed, you keep trying...just keep coming back and reporting progress or non-progess...it doesn't matter...it keeps us accountable and that's how we commit to healthy lifestyles

    I'm in. I'm about to get up and do my walking which is 80 minutes. I need this challenge been out for two weeks .:bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Here's an example...

    Monday, 45 minutes walking...300 calories

    You don't have to track both...but, some people do...welcome everyone who's new!!!

    You don't have to do official exercise here...some people garden, heavy-duty cleaning, playing with kids...just make small changes so that you move more

    I am definitely in!!! 360 minutes for the week......I am psyched!!!! Goal is to be 20 lighter by my birthday June 28!!!! This will help me in that goal...

    I may have to wear my hrm on bike rides, and I havent even counted gardening. I dont think about it as ive never really done much gardening.

    I dont think ive seen you post this the last couple months...
