    Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!

    Also did some strength training.

    Plus, as I wil also watch my food intake, I should be able to calculate further gains.
    Calories in less calories burned (via exercise and diet) I am aiming for 500 calories per day.

    Tuesday, 60 minutes heavy duty cleaning with lunges, stairs and squats 220 calories...hopefully, another 30 minutes elliptical and 25 minutes walking to ballgame, that's the plan
