    Monday - 87 minutes (C25K W3/D1 plus extra walking w/ the dog)
    Tuesday - 80 minutes walking
    Wednesday - 42 minutes (C25K W3/D2 and extra walking). I still think riding our mower should count! I spent 5 hours on the thing this afternoon, and my hands/arms/back are killing me! It's ancient and the steering is really hard. waaaaa!!!!!

    I did it!!!!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: I am soooo proud of myself for getting in my 360 minutes. It's been difficult with LIFE - but I made it!!! YAHOO FOR ME!!!

    Now I'm off to get started on this week. I didn't get anything in yesterday, but I will today.

    despite my shortcomings lately i am proud to say that i have officially ran (or walk/ran) 100.7 miles in the month of june :)

    We're camping this weekend and heading out soon. I'm sure I'll easily hit the remaining 109 minutes this evening walking at the campground.

    I am cooking the calories ladies. Just haven't taken time to post them. I know I am down due to this rotten bug. Am feeling much better but still not up to snuff. I will post soon and get back on track for July.

    Camping this weekend, so a ton of walking. Unfortunately, the food isn't so great but am going to keep on keeping on.
