I am setting a goal of 3000 cals burned this week. I got to about 2600 last week and want to up it. My workouts will be similar but I need to push it more throughout them. Here we go!!!0 -

I will post my burns and times as soon as I get it all together. One hour of heavy garden work in 97 degree heat did me for today.
The heat has not really bothered me. But the bugs, oh man! It's a blood bath out there and no amount of spray will hold them off.
