    Week #4
    Mon. 6/20: 35 minutes walking, knee still hurts
    Tues. 6/21: 60 minutes swimming and 5 minutes walking.
    Wed. 6/22: 60 minutes walking and 10 minutes swimming
    Thurs. 6/23: 15 minutes walking and 20 minutes swimming and 72 min. walking( drank to much coffe and couldn't sleep!)
    Fri. 6/24: nothing
    Sat.6/25: 20 minutes walking
    Sun. 6/26: 20 minutes walking and 60 minutes carpentry work with my husband
    377 minutes total

    NSV - I lost 9.5 inches in the last 2 weeks!! I am so geeked since I was really was reluctant to start measuring myself and this did not include my arms because I found them difficult to measure. I may try to measure them again tonight!! But this is the 1st time I measured myself since being on MFP last year :-) I had to re-check my waist and hips because I was down 3 inches on my waist and 2 on hips! I could not believe it! I know this may not be the case in the next 2 weeks but I will be checking that is for sure :)

    Thu: 75 min = 25 min Elliptical, 15 min bike, 35 min weights................................150 min left!!
    Fri: 125 min = 35 min LS DVD, 25 min bike, 20 Elliptical, 45 min weights............25 min left!!
    Sat: 50 min LS 3 miles DVD.....................................................................OVER 25 min!! Whoohooo!! :bigsmile:
    Sun: rest day

    TOTALS: 385 minutes, 3,836 cal burned

    Week 4

    Monday - attempted C25K but extremely windy, so it turned into 10 minutes jog and 40 minutes walk; an aditional 30 minute walk with the dog; and a 30-minute Leslie Sansone dvd (110 minutes total)
    Tuesday - 45 minutes of C25K (week 2, day 1)
    Wednesday - 90 minutes of walking
    Thursday - 45 minutes of C25K (week 2, day 2)
    Friday - 45 minutes walking
    Saturday - 65 minutes C25K (W2/D3)
    Sunday - 30 minues walking

    Minutes Left - 0 (+70 minutes)

    So, with this solid exercise mindset, I really thought I'd lose more than 2 pounds in the last 4 weeks. I decided to take yesterday off as a "cheat" day and ate whatever, and didn't even log it. My diary is open - would love some suggestions, either here or you can send me a note. Thanks.

    Week 1:

    Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!
    Also did some strength training.
    Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min
    Wednesday: Walked 60 minutes
    Thursday: Walked 60 minutes
    Friday: Walked 40 minutes, strength training 20 minutes
    Saturday: was a bum :(
    Sunday: splash pad play w/kiddo - 2 hours + walked 30 minutes, heavier housework 30 min, strength training, 30 min

    Week One Total: 380

    Week 2:
    Monday 6/6 - none :(
    Tuesday 6/7 - 30 min walk
    Weds 6/8 - 60 min walk, back on track!
    Thurs 6/9 - 80 minutes of walking, 15 min strength training
    Fri 6/10 - 60 minutes walking
    Sat 6/11 - 60 minutes walking
    Sunday - 30 min walking

    Week 2 Total 325 of 360 minutes. I'll beat it next week!

    Week 3:
    Monday 6/13 - walking 60 minutes
    strength training 20 minutes
    Tuesday 6/14 - walking 85 minutes
    Weds 6/15 - walking 50 min
    Thurs 6/16 - walking 30 min
    Friday 6/17 - walking 60 min
    Sat 6/18 walking 60 min
    Sun 6/19 = walking 40 min



    Week 3 total: 385 minutes

    Week 4:
    Mon 6/20 - 60 min walking
    Tues 6/21 - 45 min walking
    Weds6 /22 - 30 min walking
    Thurs 6/22 - 20 min strength training

    June Challenge - Week #4

    Monday (June 20) - 60 minutes - 45 minutes aerobics, 15 minutes strength training
    Tuesday - 45 minutes walking (15 with the dog/30 on the treadmill) - 105 minutes done
    Wednesday - Rest day
    Thursday - 65 minutes - 25 walk on treadmill/40 minutes Step Aerobics - 170 min done
    Friday - 60 minutes Aerobic Dance class - 230 min done
    Saturday - 65 minutes on Treadmill - 295 min done
    Sunday - 20 minutes brisk walk - 315 min done

    Fell short 45 minutes this week!! :noway: Gonna have to kick it up a notch for the final week.

    I am going to continue my weight training but not going to count it. I am trying to get into the 330's before July 1st and I need to boost up my cardio and plus I will be out of town over the weekend and need to make sure I am doing enough cardio to make up for those extra calories I am to eat......:-) I

    My goal this week 6/27/11 is 360 - I am only counting cardio this week:

    Mon: 40 min bike..........................................................320 min to go!

    Way to look for changes other than the scale...that's how we stay POSITIVE!!!
