Monday - attempted C25K but extremely windy, so it turned into 10 minutes jog and 40 minutes walk; an aditional 30 minute walk with the dog; and a 30-minute Leslie Sansone dvd (110 minutes total)
Tuesday - 45 minutes of C25K (week 2, day 1)
Wednesday - 90 minutes of walking
Thursday - 45 minutes of C25K (week 2, day 2)

Today was rough. High wind today, didn't want to do it at all and my boys were complaining, but WE DID IT! All because of this thread and the C25K thread I'm on. So thanks!0 -

Mon. 6/20: 35 minutes walking, knee still hurts
Tues. 6/21: 60 minutes swimming and 5 minutes walking.
Wed. 6/22: 60 minutes walking and 10 minutes swimming
Thurs. 6/23: 15 minutes walking and 20 minutes swimming
205 total so far. Trying to get back to the c25k tomorrow....will see how bad the knee is!0 -

Storms continue here. Violent weather all day yesterday. 5 inches of rain, driveway is flooded, brought the help in from the barns twice yesterday due to tornado warnings. Long day!

Week 1:
Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!
Also did some strength training.
Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min
Wednesday: Walked 60 minutes
Thursday: Walked 60 minutes
Friday: Walked 40 minutes, strength training 20 minutes
Saturday: was a bum
Sunday: splash pad play w/kiddo - 2 hours + walked 30 minutes, heavier housework 30 min, strength training, 30 min

Weds 6/8 - 60 min walk, back on track!

I did pretty good that first week and then started dealing with some issues. I haven't worked out in a few weeks. Starting Monday I'm going to start working out again. Will the week of 27th-4th still be on this thread or are you going to start a new one?0

NSV - I lost 9.5 inches in the last 2 weeks!! I am so geeked since I was really was reluctant to start measuring myself and this did not include my arms because I found them difficult to measure. I may try to measure them again tonight!! But this is the 1st time I measured myself since being on MFP last year :-) I had to re-check my waist and hips because I was down 3 inches on my waist and 2 on hips! I could not believe it! I know this may not be the case in the next 2 weeks but I will be checking that is for sure
