Tuesday - 60 minutes, Low & Tone Aerobics class - 120 min done
Wednesday - 40 minutes walk on treadmill @ the gym (too hot to walk outside today!!) 160 min done
Thursday - 50 min EA Active Sports 2 on Xbox-Kinect - 210 min done
Friday - 55 min dance aerobics class - 265 min done/95 min to go

Oh Kim,
It is summer time, graduations, proms, etc and just plan of LIFE. It is no biggie if you don't get 360 every week.....:-) Just think if you didn't have the challenge you would probably be doing less. That is why I love the challenge. It keeps me mindful each week to shoot for those 360 minutes whether I get them or not. I know just by shooting for the 360 I am doing my best regardless. The weeks I miss I try harder the next week to get it.0 -
Well I made it to the gym 4 days this week and that is absolutely MARVELOUS FOR ME!! It has been a long time since I went to the gym 4 days and I think tomorrow I am taking a much needed rest day. I think!
On Sunday's I hate to rest because people invite you out to dinner at my Sunday service and I never know what I will end of eating. So I like to do a little something something to cover any indulgences.:bigsmile:
