    Monday (June 6) - 60 minutes, Zumba
    Tuesday - 60 minutes, Low & Tone Aerobics class - 120 min done
    Wednesday - 40 minutes walk on treadmill @ the gym (too hot to walk outside today!!) 160 min done
    Thursday - 50 min EA Active Sports 2 on Xbox-Kinect - 210 min done

    Wed 6-8-11 18min 211 calories 30d shred.... exhausted and mentally drained from work but at least got
    some excercise

    66 min and 600 cal each day for the next 3days to reach goal

    Total - 333/400 (feeling good about this week so bumping to 400). Need to only do about 35 mins each day this weekend to make the goal. Feeling kind of icky but will try to make sure I get it done!

    95 minutes and 381 calories....PATHETIC...I have had 2 sets of visitors arriving and departing from my house within days of each other. Today, I vow to get in 120 minutes of exercise today and tomorrow and bring that total to 215 and try to save face :blushing: Who started this thread anyway? :ohwell:

    Oh Kim,
    It is summer time, graduations, proms, etc and just plan of LIFE. It is no biggie if you don't get 360 every week.....:-) Just think if you didn't have the challenge you would probably be doing less. That is why I love the challenge. It keeps me mindful each week to shoot for those 360 minutes whether I get them or not. I know just by shooting for the 360 I am doing my best regardless. The weeks I miss I try harder the next week to get it.

    Well I made it to the gym 4 days this week and that is absolutely MARVELOUS FOR ME!! It has been a long time since I went to the gym 4 days and I think tomorrow I am taking a much needed rest day. I think!:wink: On Sunday's I hate to rest because people invite you out to dinner at my Sunday service and I never know what I will end of eating. So I like to do a little something something to cover any indulgences.:bigsmile:

    I must admit, I really didn't want to do it today after spending a day with family celebrating fathers' day early. I knew I should as my food wasn't the best, but I wasn't in the mood at all. But I did it because of this challenge, and I'm glad I did! Now on to Week 3 which will be challenging as we are going on a mini vacation for 2 days in Hocking Hills, Ohio, but I'm sure I'll manage plenty of walking in the state parks.

    Week 1:

    Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!
    Also did some strength training.
    Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min
    Wednesday: Walked 60 minutes
    Thursday: Walked 60 minutes
    Friday: Walked 40 minutes, strength training 20 minutes
    Saturday: was a bum :(
    Sunday: splash pad play w/kiddo - 2 hours + walked 30 minutes, heavier housework 30 min, strength training, 30 min

    Week One Total: 380

    Tuesday 6/7 - 30 min walk
