I'm FINALLY at 138! I'm nowhere near the 20 pound mark...but did lose 10 before Labor Day.0

so I gained one lb. Not surprise, or disappointed. I have set new goals to change up my workouts and cut out the sweets. I swear I ate dessert every day I was away. Back to the gym, new classes and more cardio. After the few weeks I've had off, hopefully my body will start the movement down the scale . I think 5 weeks on a pedestal.....I mean plateau is long enough...:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Have a great week...keep on moving !0

Week 7 7/17/11. 256.4. Between the heat & salt todays weight is a little high for this week
Week 8 7/24/11. 251.8 this number seems a bit low, I was expecting something around 252.5-253, we will have to see if it sticks
Week 9 7/31/11. 251.8 it took all week to get back to this number
Week 10 8/7/11. 250.4 slow but steady. Mostly just slow
Week 11 8/13/11. 251. Wrong direction, bad week
Week 12 8/21/11 250.6 August really hasn't been a good month. Stepped up my exercise, and it came back to bite me on the *kitten*.

Well it's that time again! Please post or send me your updated weights----tomorrow starts our LAST week! I can't believe it!! Our challenge ends Sunday Sept. 4. When this challenge ends, I will be collecting everyone's info for the new challenge of the people who wish to do that...which is going to NYE, 16 weeks. Please let me know if you'd like to do this new challenge so I can put your name down---I will be using your final weight for this week as the starting weight for the new challenge. Also, please think about what your goal weight will be for that challenge.
I will be collecting this information through out this week, and I will need everyone's info by Sunday, the end of this challenge.
The new challenge I will be using Google Docs...this will allow everyone to add their own information if they choose to, and you will be allowed to see your info anytime you wish. I already have added some people who have told me they would like to join, so if your name isn't up there then please add yours or if your name is up there and you don't want to do the challenge anymore, please take it off!

Also, in this challenge (and I think I said this in another post), if you do not weigh-in for 2 weeks in a row, you will be removed from the challenge. I had a major problem with a ton of people saying they wanted to be in the labor day challenge and maybe only half of them actually participated.....obviously if something comes up and you are unable to weigh-in it is understandable! I'm not mean lol
Also, I think I will be writing a blog post this week, probably Thursday-Friday talking about the new challenge. I will post the link to the blog on here, and it will also be on my profile so look for it!

Thanks! This is our first cruise too, but I have heard wonderful things about the food, which might not be a good thing! I do have a plan-walk every morning (they have a 1 mile group walk every day that takes you to various parts of the ship), I will be doing a lot of swimming (and I really want to snorkle too) because we all love the water and meals will be in restaurants not the buffet (at least for me and hubby-kids can do what they want!) And if all else fails, I have my MFP pals to help get me back on track!0 -

well it's the end of the challenge for Labor day....where did our summer go !! It was amazing weather here that's for sure.
I'd like to continue on for the next one.
I weighed in this morning 2 lbs. down !! Not a gained some and lost it again...a whole new never seen before number.:bigsmile: :bigsmile: I am very excited about it. LOL... it's been sooooooo long.
I remember setting my goal to lose 30 lbs. I thought it was high, but not impossible. Well obviously I didn't get there, but I am happy with progress.
Starting weigh in May 25th.................... 210 lbs.
Todays weigh in Aug 30th. ...................193 lbs.
Total for the challenge...........................(- 17 lbs.) YEA! I have to remember to look at the big picture :drinker:
Congratulations to all our success this summer, I look forward to fall....the season that is :laugh:

I'm up for the New Year's Challenge. I regretted missing your last one, Ace, but now I've got my health all sorted out I think this is just the kind of thing I need to help keep me focused through the holidays, which is notoriously difficult for me. I'll be dealing with Halloween (2 tots bringing in their candy haul!), my son's 7th birthday, hosting Thanksgiving for 23 people, the full-production show that is Christmas, and then my daughter's 5th birthday. Lots to do, lots of distractions, high stress, and so many food traps!!!! I'll be leaning on all you guys to help me keep the big picture in sight!! I wanna be healthy, happy, and hot for the New Year!!! WHOOOP! I've got my name in and my stats up and I'm ready to go!0

Wow, lots going on! Sounds fun! I was a little worried about doing it during all of these upcoming food holidays, but that's life, and we're in this to get to a healthy lifestyle so the challenge will definitely help us all out!! Glad you're in on this one!!0 -
