    Thank you to everyone who has sent me or posted this week's weight update!!! Tomorrow starts the beginning of week 4!!
    I know this week I didn't post the challenge until Wednesday (I've been very busy this week!) so this week we will do squats or lunges (or both!) which ever is easiest for you!! I'm thinking 50/day?

    If you haven't sent me this week's update PLEASE do so as soon as possible!!! If you send it tomorrow or Tuesday, please let me know it's for week 3 and not 4 because other people send their week 4's at the beginning of the week, and I want to make sure I have everyone's update in the right week!

    Ok, so someone mentioned weekly challenges....such as 100 situps or drinking so many cups of water a day etc...what does everyone think of this???

    I'm for this I need some motivation to get my bootie moving. Maybe for each week have a different challenge for that week, like you were saying.

    In case you didn't get it on your status, I am down to 179 pounds. And I would totally be up for doing challenges! I was following someone who was posting threads for mini challenges every day (like doing as many sit-ups as possible or 100 squats). I thought those were clever because it got me motivated to do some kind of strength workout everyday (which I hate), even if I was only working on one muscle group. So doing something like that might be fun too!:bigsmile:

    OOO! LOVE these. They are KILLER, but I love them. I like using 3lb weights to work bi/triceps too! Great idea!

    No Change for my weigh in today. Still 201 lbs. I was really hoping to move to onederland this week. I guess it will have to be next week dang it !

    My butt has been sore for 2 days from doing lunges and squats, I hope there are some results back there to show for it. LOL :laugh:

    I'm counting my lounges/swats when I do my 30 day shred. I'm so proud of myself that I got up again at 4:30 & did 30day shred, day 2. Wow I like getting up cause once I get moving I feel so much more energetic, I'm just hoping that I keep this pace up.
