    Weight lost? HA! Gained 1.5lbs, putting me back at 169. Sigh. Ah well. How often do your best friends get married? ;-)

    On the positive side, I'm already kicking butt so WEDDING weekend this Saturday won't destroy me ;-). I will be back down next week -_-...

    It was a really tough week emotionally, but still made decent food choices and lost another 2 lbs. Here is the breakdown:

    Starting: 262
    6/1: 255
    6/8: 252
    6/14: 250

    I'm right there with you, girlfriend...I'm trying SO hard to get under 250 but I've been stuck at 253 for the last 4 weeks!

    Since last week was plank, and the week before was abs, I'm thinking this week should be legs. Either doing squats or lunges? Both? Any suggestions?!

    You have done wonderfully so far! It will come, just stick with it! I'm early in the process, so it comes off fairly quickly. It will slow down, I am sure! lol
