Down 20 lbs!! I heard that a realistic (and healthy) weight loss goal is 10% of body weight in 13 weeks. Which means only 6 more pounds for that first major milestone. I am beginning to believe I can do this!!

good morning ! No change for me this week.:noway: I'm starting to track my sugar which I believe has something to do with my lack of movement on the scale last month. I've been eating so much fresh fruit, my sugar has been really high. So the plan is to limit the fresh fruit with more fresh veggies considerably. Hopefully that will do it. My trainer said once your body gets to be more efficient, you can't lower the calories back. ( which I had tried to do after I raised them) So back up they went with a new focus. 4 more weigh in days till labor day...gotta see some movement this month.Off to farmers market this morning. i've had a bad couple weeks, so i'm pretty happy with this loss. i went away for 3 days, and since i've been back, it's a different story every night. BBQ at grama's, chinese when the power went out, and a birthday dinner at my favorite restaurant....
so...yeah...no complaints about 1 lb at all0
