All of this weeks mini-challenges : Completed in 20 minutes!!
I should do some more overhead triceps extensions later this afternoon also.
I am now off for my 5k walk, it will take me a little more than an hour :happy:0 -
61 mins last night, 2.5 mile run with lifting! that's the longest workout that I have done continuously!! 45 mins has been the max!

Got in an Insanity workout in the am yesterday followed by my 1st Bikram Yoga session last night. Holy moly that is intense! Loved it though.0

Had an operation two weeks ago but due to a couple of complications I have not been able to re-start my exercise.
I am intending starting on Monday (20th) can I do the ticker for 400 hours (20th-30th June)?
Will you be re-starting for July? ... Please

Got in Just Dance 2 and Belly Dance today. Ticker is up to date. I'm really going to have to push tomorrow to reach my goal for the week!0

UGH yesterday I only managed 27 mins for 218 calories
My goal for this week was to get to 6000 calories down so far. That is 1138 calories by Sunday night. I doubt I will reach my goal with being out of town this weekend but here is to trying my best to reach my goal!!0 -

After a weekend away from my workouts I managed 134 minutes of exercise today. Feeling great!0

659 for Today and Friday. I didn't log anything on the weekend.
Ugh I still have just over 480 to reach the half way point. With only 9 days left to the month I better pick up my work outs. That would be an average of 719 calories a day (which is more then I have ever logged)0 -
What I am hoping to do is a physical activity in addition to workouts on my days off like hike, walk, skate-anything, to get those #'s upppp!!!!0
