    Hi everyone. I am back from vacation and hadn't had a chance to post in a couple of weeks. I did really good while away, it has been since I got home that I have totally blown it. I know a lot is water but still I am very mad at myself for slipping up. I worked my butt off on vacation and didn't gain anything, I come home for 2 days and have gained 4 lbs...

    Today I am starting a new day!! I only had oatmeal with strawberries so far. I am going to go for a run and try to sweat some of this water off of me.
