    Also wanted to add, that it seems like you didn't really use anything "special". You used what you had, progressed and challenged yourself accordingly, and stayed consistent. No magic pill! Just pure awesomeness of what consistency and no-bull attitude can get you.

    What is even more inspirational about this is that not only did it help your physical well-being, but your emotional and mental!! More and more I am beginning to feel better about who I am and I am sure you can attest to that!! Keep up the great work!

    That is awesome!!! You look amazing. You can see the transformation of your confidence and overall happiness in the pictures. The first few you look like you lost your best friend...now you look like you look and feel like a million dollars.
