We had a great first week everybody!! Here are the results for our first week of the challenge. Please let me know if you see any errors so I can fix it for next time.
I hope everyone had a great Father's Day. It has been a long day and I am ready to throw in the towel. So, I will post this week's challenge tomorrow (my brain has turned to mush so if I posted on right now it might not make any sense). :laugh:

Wow. Great job everyone!!! Here's to a new week! Too bad mine is starting out, um, not so good. I haven't stopped over eating since Friday night. Hosting birthday parties is not a good thing for me. But now all the left overs are gone, so if I can be good and just break even this week I will be ecstatic.
Big loss or not, keep up the great work everyone! We can do this!0 -

Woo! Way to go everyone!
This weekend was a cheat weekend for me... Saturday night was girls' night at the bar with friends I haven't seen in a long time. But today I completed day 1 of C25K!0 -

Thanks Vic for putting this challenge together!!! :drinker: I had a good weight loss week (high % in my group). I am going through a lot right now personally and I need to really try to eat more this week!! I still want to continue with my goal of 60 min. cardio 6 days and 30 min. of strength training 3 days!!!! Let's make it a great week!!!!:flowerforyou:

This week I raised my calorie intake by 200 cals every day ( I think I got into starvation mode, because I followed my plan strictly last week and the results weren't showing)
I hope this week's weigh in will be better :)

no loss this past week. sry vic....i have my weigh in days mixed up. gonna start weighing in only on fridays so i dont miss it anymore. Great losses this week peeps. and if your like me and didnt lose, lets push harder this week.0

Time to post my goals for this week!
1. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day
2. NO POPCORN at all this week! (come to think of it....no Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches either!!)
3. Drink MILK in my coffee and NOT CREAM (even if it is only 5% it's still 5% too much!)
4. ZUMBA at least 3x
5. Strength train at least 3x
6. Get back down to the weight I started this challenge at!!!!
6. And of course, stay within my daily caloric allotment
