It's been a challenging week with family stuff and not eating well, though I mostly kept under my cals, I didn't eat good food. So I was astounded to weigh in and lose .5 kg (about a pound). Guess there must be enough good habits there to help balance out the bad ones!

Wrong WAY! (or should that be WEIGH?) :laugh:
I think I'm going through another 9 pound plateau -- my body started to trade pounds back and forth at 9 pounds, then at 18, now at 27. I think I'm seeing a pattern here.
Based on my Body Bugg, I should be losing weight (yes, I have a spreadsheet!), so the issue is either I am not estimating my calories well, or I am not drinking enough water. Probably both. But the strange thing is that the fat % is going down, even though I am not on my regular exercising schedule.
Goal for this week is to try to eat a little cleaner, doing a little more exercise and start pushing the water (which is always a challenge!)0 -

I reached my exercise goal this week (1hour plus I added an extra 20 minutes) and drank all my water. I will have to work on not going over on my calorie intake(last week I had a wedding and a graduation supper for my students- this week should go better, no major outings)0 -

Thanks for letting me join this challenge! I'm hoping to be a lot thinner by the time the kids start back to school in September. I'm a SAHM, so it's actually easier for me to lose weight in the summer with the kids pulling me in every direction.

My current profile pic is my old (size 16) and new (size 12) undies
The old ones still fit but they're getting loose, so I'm gradually replacing them with size 12s which are just about big enough.
I'm on track for one of my goals which is to buy size 12 jeans - scheduled for week 6.0 -
i've GAINED!!! gah!
i'm now 90.4kgs. i don't know why either. it's the first time that my weight's gone up (excluding TOM, which it's not), which is a bit disheartening.
oh well, i'll keep on trucking! i'll wait until next week, but then i might have to reassess my mini goal weights.

This week's NSV was fitness! Have really noticed that I can push myself more at the gym, to go faster and longer
The thing I struggled with was that I was going to avoid alcohol this weekend but really fancied it! Tried to exercise it off so I stayed within calories and was partly successful lol0 -
