    July 3 - 4.75
    July 4 - 1.5
    July 5- 2.0
    July 6- 2.75
    July 7 - 2.5
    July 8 - 2.5
    July 9 - 4.5
    July 10 -2.5
    July 11 - 5.0 (whoohoo!!)
    July 12 - 1.5
    July 13 - 3.5 So excited I'm actually on track to make my 100 by the end of the month!
    July 14 - 3.25
    July 15 - 2.5
    July 16 - 2.75
    July 17 - 1.0
    July 18 - 4.5
    July 19 - 4.75
    July 20 - 3.5
    July 21 - 6 (7hr day at a water park -truly a guesstimate but a researched one)
    July 22 - 2
    July 23 - 2
    July 24 - 4.5
    July 25 - 2.75
    July 26 - 3.75
    July 27 - 3.5
    July 28 - .5
    July 29 - 2.75
    July 30 - 6.5 (Almost to my goal!!! Went MIA for a few days sorry!)

    i've gone over my goal sunday is my day off so i'm not going to get any more miles in now, well done to everyone!!

    Slow walk with the wife and dogs today. I met my goal of 600 minutes for the month on the 24th, and added another 205 minutes.

    Great job everyone!!! Can't wait to keep it up in Aug. - Bumping up my Aug. goal to 150 miles.

    9.22 miles this morning. sooooo close to target, but unless I count my everyday walking, I'm not going to make it tomorrow.

    Oh! I'd count your everyday walking - you've earned that!! :flowerforyou: (You could count the walking in high heels, that must have been difficult!) :laugh:

    Just for a final number, only hit 72 of 75 - I tried, but the planned workouts the last 2 days didn't amount to the distances I had counted on... Pushing on for August and a bigger goal!
