Is it too late to join this group? I just started walking July 6th and have continued for 10 days now, the longest I have done this in probably 20 years. My goal is to walk 30 minutes a day. five days a week. I may not qualify for this group since most of you are doing 60 – 100 miles a month.0

Everyone sets their own goals and there is no such thing as too low or too high, just whatever is going to be a challenge for you. If you're just starting out I think 30min 5 days weeks is an awesome starting point and then next month you can see how much harder you can push yourself!0 -

Cutting grass today = 2 miles, plus another 1.5, brings my total to 33.5 miles for the month. Should rack up some miles the next 2 days, hoping to be close to 50 by Tuesday.0

I am on my way again...It's been challenging to get the 5 miles in but even if I don't quite make the goal I am not giving up. 5.3 yesterday and so far 1.7 before work today!0

We do alot of walking on the weekends when we are boating
but have not been able to get internet connections for me
to add to my ticker. So I have missed a lot of tracking.:sad:
