Slow start to the month, but vacation is approaching. 1 day at zoo, 1 day at amusement park and 1 day at a waterpark - they will surely help me to reach my goal! Only added 2.25 miles the last 2 days.0

So, I changed my goal from 800 minutes to 40 miles. I took my total minutes & averaged a 3.5 MPH walk (typical for me) & came up with 22 miles. Plus the 3.5 miles tonight...25.5 total0

Is it too late to join this group? I just started walking July 6th and have continued for 10 days now, the longest I have done this in probably 20 years. My goal is to walk 30 minutes a day. five days a week. I may not qualify for this group since most of you are doing 60 – 100 miles a month.0

Everyone sets their own goals and there is no such thing as too low or too high, just whatever is going to be a challenge for you. If you're just starting out I think 30min 5 days weeks is an awesome starting point and then next month you can see how much harder you can push yourself!0 -
