    4.1 miles today walking on the treadmill. (26.55/ 75 miles) I wasn't able to get in my morning workout due to rain. I am hoping to get in a walk on the treadmill tomorrow morning before zumba.

    2.75 miles today walking on the treadmill. (29.3 / 75 miles) I am going to probably take tomorrow off. Haven't had a day off in over a week, but my mind is telling me to workout. We will see what tomorrow brings.

    7/9 today IS the challenge, no dancing or walking plans, just church, hospital visit, Shopko and gardening. Will I take an evening dogstroll? Will I dance while Joe naps? Please send me energetic thoughts ;)

    Back from vacation. Doing laundry and gardening today and back to work tomorrow. Great time, visited 3 ports and weather was great, only one night of rain and we were sleeping. ;) Our parties went off without a hitch and everyone commented that we did a good job. Couldn't get internet in several places so my tracking was null and void. Back at it today. Didn't weigh myself until tomorrow. The boat was great and we love it!! Good to be back at it. We did use our folding bikes twice and walked alot. The bike trails were amazing.
    Will catch up on all your posts later. Glad to be back.

    40 mins. walking on Saturday. Couldn't post until today. Internet was a problem when I was away.

    Bleh. Got lazy for a few days, but should be back on track. Put in 4.9 miles today, bringing me up to 10.9 / 60

    pretty happy with my walking so far! i've done 310 minutes and my goal is 900...i walk about an hour a day so i think i'm going to be over my goal!

    0weekends are always bad for getting walking done, i've done 5 miles total since friday

    Another 5.3 miles this morning. Going on holiday at the end of the week, so I'm planning on printing out some walking routes of the area to keep myself accountable and motivated!

    Only 3/4 walking mile... Went swimming for 3 1/2 hours today for my exercise, so I burned, just didn't do much recordable walking! Up to 22.25 miles for the month.

    I would like to Join this Challenge too...My goal is 5 miles a day which seems a bit daunting I agree. I am breaking it up into 2 intervals, before work and after work.

    So far today I have logged 3.0 (before work).

    Hi everyone I've not been keeping up with you all, sorry.

    Manged 20,000 steps on Friday

    14,000 on Saturday

    only 9,000 on Sunday

    Forgot to wear my ped for the next few days :embarassed: although I have managed to go walking at lunchtime.

    I'm all over the place, so seeing as this month I have started with hours I'll keep up with hours and try to wear my ped everyday ready for next month when I'll count steps :noway: :noway: confused?? me too :bigsmile:
