I would like to Join this Challenge too...My goal is 5 miles a day which seems a bit daunting I agree. I am breaking it up into 2 intervals, before work and after work.
So far today I have logged 3.0 (before work).0 -
Way too hot today, so I didnt get in my 5 miles. Added 3.4, bringing me up to 14.3 / 60 miles.0

Hi everyone I've not been keeping up with you all, sorry.
Manged 20,000 steps on Friday
14,000 on Saturday
only 9,000 on Sunday
Forgot to wear my ped for the next few days although I have managed to go walking at lunchtime.
I'm all over the place, so seeing as this month I have started with hours I'll keep up with hours and try to wear my ped everyday ready for next month when I'll count steps :noway: :noway: confused?? me too :bigsmile:
