marys52... I used to not have a digital scale. Things were a lot simpler then. :laugh: No worries. I lost 55 lbs without a digital. :bigsmile:

suzooz... Hey! Don't worry about plateauing. Every 10 or 20 lbs for me has been like a "set point" (I guess that's what I call a plateau), where my body just keeps stopping at. Even if I go down, I usually return to this number unless I stay focused on it for a long time, and then I usually reach another one. I had it at 220, 205, 195, and 185. I still haven't reached the next one, and I'm just all over the place sometimes. So here's to you breaking through this 9 lbs set point of yours, and getting to that next one! :drinker:

I am the exact same way. I'm gonna do my best to eat the best for myself today! No more boredom eating and horrible choices. My family can keep their bad food. Hey y'all! Newbie hereI've been struggling getting under 160 for a while and I would love to be lighter as I go back to school. I had a terrible bad binge two nights ago and yesterday just took it easy as to ease myself back on track. I can't wait to have tons of binge free days! I am extremely competitive so this should be helpful.
Focus for this week: logging every day. When I don't log, I probably binged or am embarassed at what I ate. I am forcing myself to take responsibility for my actions. It also encourages me to exercise and drink more water. Woohoo!

Hello all,
Hope everyone has had a safe 4th of July holiday.
My focus this week was to make decent food choices since I wasn't able to work out this week due to putting in 10-12 hrs a day and trying to maintain the home. I struggled this week with logging my food with being so busy at work. My personal computer is not due to ship out until 7/25 so hopefully that will help me to log my entries in the evening so I don't forget all of what I put in my mouth. During the week I did somewhat okay but fell into temptation with late night snacks:devil: . I need to get back into my groove. I know I can do it! I just need to give me a good kick in the butt:grumble: .
Well I'm glad to report with TOM visiting this week I didn't see a loss or a gain!
