Wed : 1614 cals burned hauling / training horses / clean my building
Thurs: 100 cals burned cooking - rest day -
Fri: 593 cals burned walking / vball practice/ vball coaching
Sat: 352 cals burned walking & cooking for 4th July weekend

I wasn't able to do any more exercise after thursday. It was a very tiring conference week this week for me and a lazy week too. I missed my calorie burn target this week but hit my 100-mile target and my 16,000 calorie burn target for June.0 -
