    I'm up a bit from yesterday, but I expected it since I ran 6.3 miles in the 100++ heat last night! :noway:

    So my starting weight for July:

    7/01/11: 189.8 lbs
    7/08/11:

    7/22/11:
    7/29/11:
    7/31/11:

    I think I can do the 1/2 per day all weekend of running/walking! I have a 5K race in the morning, so I know I'll get 30 mins there for sure! Have a wonderful holiday weekend everyone! :flowerforyou:

    Up a bit from yesterday, but I'm ok with that. Not sure about loving my scale, but I think I'm gonna really love my tape measure..11 more days of 30DS straight (w/Kelly, so proud of us both!!) . Have a safe weekend everyone!

    I can do this, been getting rid of all the negative people and negative things in my life this past month and really working on keeping only positive motivating people around me! Seems to be working!

    How much exercise is everyone aspiring to do daily/weekly? I know fitness levels vary a lot, so I'm just wondering.

    For the people who did this challenge in June, how much did you workout and lose?

    July 1 weight: 132
    Inital goal was 130 but since I am so close I am going to use this challenge to get over my plateau and go for a new goal.
    New goal: 125 with 5 of those pounds being lost in July.

    I am around 145 (7/1/11) and would love to drop 5 in July!

    I am starting the 17 day diet on Tuesday July, 5th... I hope to post back on here 5 lbs or more lighter!

    Hello everyone,

    This thread helped me a LOT my first time around (over a year ago I lost 40 lbs and gained 20 back bit by bit over the last year) and after a few half tries getting back into gear I can now say I'm on my way again. I know just what i need to do, doing it however is the tricky part for me. Cupcakes call to me and I love a good burrito but I am ready to feel great about myself again. After two weeks back in the swing of things I stepped on the scale today to realize that my body does remember how to lose! Yay I lost 3 lbs in two weeks and I am ready to give it my all. Eating healthy and exercising really does make me feel better. I'm ready to shake off the funk I have been in and move on with my life.
