Hello everyone,
This thread helped me a LOT my first time around (over a year ago I lost 40 lbs and gained 20 back bit by bit over the last year) and after a few half tries getting back into gear I can now say I'm on my way again. I know just what i need to do, doing it however is the tricky part for me. Cupcakes call to me and I love a good burrito but I am ready to feel great about myself again. After two weeks back in the swing of things I stepped on the scale today to realize that my body does remember how to lose! Yay I lost 3 lbs in two weeks and I am ready to give it my all. Eating healthy and exercising really does make me feel better. I'm ready to shake off the funk I have been in and move on with my life.
