The premise is to set daily goals. By writing them and telling other people about them, you are more likely to do them. Post 3 or more goals, fitness related or not, come back tomorrow to recap the day before. Then post 3 more goals for the day.
You're not obligated to come on everyday. We understand that life gets hectic, just come back when you can. No explaination needed, we will all welcome you again with open arms.
It's not an exclusive group, all new members are welcome, We had several new members in June join us. I hope everyone will come back and maybe see a few new faces so we can continue to make this board a success. This thread is still going strong. It'll be a year in August!
Thank you, Nicole, PSUgrl921 ! I will always honor and acknowledge you as the founder of day by day! We're just keeping your vision alive. Come back when you can, we're always here for you.
So whaddaya say? Sounds like something you can do? Post your goals (fitness or non fitness) and come back and let us know how you did the next day!
This is for July. If you read this in the next 2 days start here. And it will give you a better idea of the format.

I know right?? Well, a lot of what I have planned for today is working out so if I can convince him to do some with me, that's one way to spend time together... !! But yea, my life sometimes seems so off - spending time on things that I don't like doing and have the things I love always coming in second, or third... At least, this is what I've noticed about my life and I'm trying to change that. Working on my health is one way to start because I will inevitably feel and act better and be better company, lol! Speaking of which, we'll be going out with friends tonight (don't remember the last time... yikes...) so looking forward to that! Not exactly alone time but being social is important too!!0 -

Ally_Clare... "Cut out inspiring information from health magazines and make my own book " I have so many magazine clippings in my room, I haven't even gone through them all! I love reading stories and tips and collecting articles that speak to me, and healthy recipes. :smooched:
ActiveTami... "Floss my teeth each day" I've been doing this since last August! Almost every day. The reason I started was because my insurance was ending, and I knew it would be a year before I could get to the dentist again. Usually, around month 5, I start to feel like I need to go again, but I'm in month 11, and I only just got that feeling. I never believed them when they told me to floss each day.0
