And don't worry about Jenn. I'm sure she's around. She'll definitely show up at some point today.
I'm off to do some more grocery shopping and thought I'd check in with you all before I left for the day. Had a chef's salad yesterday for lunch and then some green beans with dinner last night. Subway sounds good for lunch and then I'll be sure to fix something with lots of greens in it later for dinner. Hope you all have a GREAT day!

I've done well with keeping up on the water thing. I even had a diet coke (my usual drink) the other day, thinking it would be a nice treat. Honestly, I didn't even like it. I went right back to my water and was happy.
This past week has been very interesting keeping track of all the greens I eat. I had greens every day, some days more than others. I discovered that I don't eat as much greens as I thought I did and that will change.

Good Morning Everyone!!! I'm working on my first cup of coffe right now (a habit I've only been able to cut down on, but not quit). I was checking in for a new challenge? I saw my partner out there:bigsmile: Good to see you!! And, sister, good morning. I agree to what you were saying about these challanges. It really makes you think more about what you're putting into your body. This has actually even got my family into drinking more water. It's still hard to get kids to eat greens:mad: :grumble:0

place the img's in lower case... the first one like this img the 2nd one looks like this /img with brackets around both of them

are you using photo bucket or another type of photo host? If so all you need to do is load your graphics into it and then it gives you choices at the bottom of each picture and for a message board you'd use the IMG code....except after placing it in the message change the upper case IMG's to lower case and that should do it for you!:drinker:0 -

Well, today I did horrible with everything. I only drank half my water, no greens, and I went way over my calories. But tomorrw is a new day. Need to plan my meals for the week and go grocery shopping. Spent the day at my FIL's house.
Chrissy, partner, where are you? You must be away from home and busy like I was today. I'm just now sitting to type and check the threads.
