    Checking in. I've been updating it on my signature all the time, though.

    I'm at 1062/1440 minutes (73.7% of 24hrs) of exercise in July so far.

    This means that in ten days I have to work out 378 minutes, or 6 hours and 18 minutes. This comes down to approximately 38 minutes of exercise everyday. I get 27 minutes off of 30DS (although I'll be done one day before August, I think) so that's 11 minutes I have to fill. I don't know if I'll be able to (I'm normally too tired after 30DS, especially now that I started level 3) but I'll try my best!

    July 16- 5.4 mile walk in park for 108 minutes
    July 18- elliptical (3 miles) for 40 minutes. 20 minute walk (1 mile)
    July 19-2.7 mile walk in the park for 50 minutes, 1mile walk for 20 min
    July 20-30 min on elliptical for 2.14 miles and 1 mile walk for 20 min
    July 21-20 minute mile,
    July 24-140 minutes sodding and weeding backyard
