    I'm hoping I can get some decent exercise in on Friday, but it's suppose to be 105 so it might be pretty late at night by the time it cools off enough I can get out for a run (I'm not a morning person so getting up in the early hours of the morning would be less than productive). :noway:

    And its up to the teams/ skippers what days they pick for what, and make some team plans about when they want to use their triple days or use the water day

    water day will again be based on 10 miles per cup of water per team member to a max of 9 cups each !

    If the skippers will, when submitting their miles just tell me if they are using a triple day or the water day !

    My usual rest day is Friday .. its mandated rest because of the long run the next day ...
    I also will be resting on Monday ... and possibly Wednesday this week (im in taper sorry)
    I will be running Tues, Thurs and Sat this week so all will have nice burns!

    Alright, does anyome know for sure when they will be able to put in long runs, etc and when they plan on resting.

    I know Yeesabelly and I can put up 1,000 to 2000 caloies a piece on a weekend day so I would liek to make one of them a triple day. Personally I have no preference for rest days.

    Please let me know as soon as possible what days work for you. It seems today will be neither a triple nor a rest day but we need to establish the 4 "special" days as soon as possible so we do not lose another one. If I dont hear much back by this evening I will schedule the days based on any big runs or known rest days people post up here.
