Hey guys.... I was sick over the weekend so didn't get any exercise in
Was Wednesday & Thursday last week triple days? If so, I need to adjust my figures....
^^ I have no idea what's going on this week..
***CAPTAIN Rgutie1**** have you decided which two days will be DOUBLE DOUBLE (X4) this week and which three days will be TRIPLE days?
I know last week, you said that Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday = Triple days <---- Does this apply to every week going forward?

I vote for Thursday and Saturday=DOUBLE DOUBLE
And we change TRIPLE days to Tuesday, Wednesday (same), and Friday

I am running a Half on Sunday ... so there will be a huge calorie burn there from me!
Tomorrow will likely be over a 1K burn (about 6 miles) and Friday and Sat will be rest days.

Sunday my gym closes at 3pm (stupid gym employee picnic), and I have NO exercise plans out side of the gym, in fact I'm eating out w/ friends, and you know how that goes.
So my plan is to workout very little on Sunday morning.
