I have met goal and exceeded it.
Last 3 days where 1465, 1359 and 1656 calories. Two days of 60 minute bike ride and 90 mins golf range. The other days was 100 mins of walking and golf range and strength training.0 -
So far I am at 14255/15000 cals (going to crush this goal) and for minutes I am at 1878/2000 (going to break this one too).
This is the first time I have tracked it like this, so I will know to change my goals for the following month. Great challenge!0 -

Someone challenged me to 2000 minutes in July, and I accomplished it with 8 days to spare. I've slowed things down a bit this week, and I'm sitting at 2,161.
No matter what you've set as your goal... YOU CAN do it. Keep pressing on. I've finally lost 63 lbs, and gotten down to a pre-wedding weight (I was married 18 years ago) of 181... My goal of 169 is now 12 lbs away, after hitting a high of 244 a few years ago.
It has taken a while... but it has been SO worth it.

Not quite there this month, don't think I'll get over 5000 kcal done before the end of the month. Not disappointed though as I ended up taking a week off mid way through the month.
Great challenge, has really helped with the goal setting and focus! And a huge well done to everyone who has not only met but absolutely demolished their targets! Nice work!!0 -
