    TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS' OFFICES
Boy, if this doesn't hit the nail on the head, I don't know what does!
Two patients limp into two different medical clinics with the same complaint?
Both have trouble walking and appear to require a hip replacement.
The FIRST patient is examined within the hour, is x-rayed the same day and has a time booked for surgery the following week.
The SECOND sees his family doctor after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, then waits 8 weeks to see a specialist, then gets an x-ray, which isn't reviewed for another week and finally has his surgery scheduled for 6 months from then.
Why the different treatment for the two patients?
The FIRST is a Golden Retriever.
The SECOND is a Senior Citizen.
Next time take me to a vet!

:flowerforyou: Sandy, when I think about it...your joke may be more to true life then the medical profession would want to admit.

:flowerforyou: Buzz, I agree that a holiday from your schedule just might be the thing your body needs. As to my trip..I packed my bag this weekend. Then I re-packed. I still can not get it closed. I am thinking of taking my walking shoes out. I don't think anyone in Tampa wears shoes that cover the feet anyway.

:flowerforyou: Marie...awww nature. We just can not reproduce it. Only God can make such beautiful things.

I woke up rearing to go to work. I think that this is because I only have three days of it this week. Plus, I had a wonderful Sunday. Went to the Cincinnati Red's game. Plus, Mercy Me had a concert at the field afterwards. Wonderful time with four of my kids.

Its Tuesday and back to work. Sailing is over for this weekend.

Well our sail over was kind of rough, my stomach was queasy all the way. I did take some
Bonine and it did help. When we arrived we had dinner in a restaurant there at the neighboring
club. The club we stayed at had a burger fest and live music. Needless to say, I didn't make it:sick:
and ended up in bed at 9:30pm I told Dave to go and he had a few with some friends.
Saturday I felt great, we went for a bike ride along the water and stopped for some Jerk Chicken
at one of the stands. Then we went on to have some gelato at a restaurant on the way back.
Saturday night was our Pot Luck dinner and it was yummy.
Sunday was hot, as was the whole weekend. Sticky and hot. We went for another bike ride
and then I had a nap before our catered dinner which was done by the chef who does this
club's parties all the time. We had chicken or steak and the couples that hosted brought out the
Sambuca and Tequila shots at the end. Dangerous :drinker:

Our sail back was uneventful and hot but that was okay by me.

So this is the end of our club organized cruises. So now we just sail on our own when we can.
Next big weekend for us will be Labor Day. Just us and maybe some friends.

    Have a good day everyone!
