wow vic. you amaze me with every chart/challenge
great job everyone. i cannot believe i was the % loser for my group again this week!! i have already surpassed my first goal so i am going to revise it. it's hard to pick a new number since i am not doing anything different to lose the weight and i don't want to lose it any faster due to nursing and milk issues. i never know what the numbers will be, so i'm going to be conservative and just hopeful. no plan to do anything different to get there.

Bump.
3.2 pounds away from my mini goal. It is possible but I haven't lost that much in a week since I joined MFP in March. I haven't actually met any of my mini goals since starting the last challenge but I'm hoping that changes this time around.0 -

PW 143
CW 143
MG 138
Weigh-in in 6 days
Daily loss needed: 0.83 lbs
Realistic? I wish...
How will I do it? Yesterday I revised my goals on MFP... I am trying increasing my calorie intake to see if it will help me bust through this plateau... I am now only working for half a pound per week. I will continue my exercise as planned. Now I will revise all of my goals for this challenge! It feels strange to have such small goals, but I have to start somewhere and hope I will see a difference!

So, I'm behind by about 5 pounds of where I wanted to be. I'm ok with it. I'm still losing. Inches have come off.. I'm very pleased. Sometimes I may want to shoot for higher goals to challenge myself, but in the mean time, if I miss them I tend to get to emotionally wrapped up in it. I am hoping that now the goal is a little more acheivable. And, if I need to Revise again...I will. I need to remember this takes time and is a continual struggle. I will succeed. I will prevail. I am a champion. ! :0)
THANKS AGAIN for ALL that you do for us! You are a wonderful motivator!0 -

Do the Math: So I wanted to be at 144 and I'm still at 150. 6 lbs which means over a lb a day...not so realistic at this point. I would LOVE to be at least at 148 by next weigh in for mini goal.
What do I have to do: reduce carbs, reduce sugar, watch my calorie intake (start 4 hour body again) and really stick to doing AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardio a day, and resistance training at least 3x/wk

bump bump happy 4th everyone...
CW 170
first mini goal is 168
I would need to lose about .50pounds a day. Is it realistic, maybe. I am not sure but I am still going to try.
I am doing ripped in 30 6 times a week. I walk about 30 minutes a day at lunch, and starting tomorrow I will be doing the c25k 3 times a week and my elliptical at least 3 times a week. I have decided to take Fridays off from most of my workouts to allow my body to heal. That is a hard thing for me. I will still be measuring on Wednesday for RI30 so even if I dont make my mini goal I know that I am still losing inches and that is ok also. last month I ONLY lost 2 pounds but I did lose 7.25 inches. It has been years since I have been under 170. So I am looking forward to that.0 -

Well...I guess I'd better revise my goal...right now i'd need to lose .15 ever day to make it to goal, and I think I can do better than losing 0.6oz. this week...(look at the big talker over here lol) It also looks like I need to reevaluate my other goals too...If I hit my mini goal I'm giving myself over 3 weeks to lose 4lbs. I KNOW I can do better than that!

Ok so that's a little less than 1/2 a pound per day...it's a big challenge but I'll push for it!! How? I will continue to do yoga for 75 min twice I week. I will stay at or under my calorie intake. I will drink 96oz. of water daily, and I will try to add one additional cardo day.0
