Looks like I am in the PMS week. I've done great with exercising and eating, but yesterday I was still at 145 lbs, maintaining is good. I decided to weigh in again today and am up to 146.5 lbs. The positive is I did eat a lot more yesterday (PMS symptom for me) and I only gained the 1.5 lbs. Usually I gain over 3 lbs for PMS. So, hoping next week's weigh in will be very pleasing.
I've been getting more exercise in the past couple of weeks, but I did slack off with early a.m,. exercise this week. I think the late nights (up past midnight) and late mornings (waking up well after 10 a.m.) over the 3 day weekend really through me off. I did get up today and go for 30 min on the elliptical so I am getting back on track.
Starting today, I will get up at elast 3 mornings a week to exercise for an extra 30 mins that day. I will exercise every night for at least 45 mins as well. Weekends, I will do at least 60 mins a day (this will include soe intense house cleaning so it should be pretty easy, plus my house really needs some serious attention!!)

It is my own damned fault that I'm up by over a pound this week. Way too much indulgence in food and wine over the long holiday weekend. I've also recently just become more lax with things overall. Also, related to the wine/food consumption my sleep was totally messed up and was having a negative impact on my morning workouts--meaning that they just weren't happening! I've been back on track since Tuesday, though and plan to stay here!!! I did my 5am workout this morning, and I am committed to limiting my wine to 2 glasses, no more than 3 nights per week. I'm going to have to really bring it in order to meet my challenge goal, which is right before we head to Las Vegas for a conference. I want to be able to enjoy the pool and feel good about the way I look!! I've had a couple months of half-*kitten* efforts, but am ready to once again jump in full force!0 -
So earlier this week I took the challege, revised all of my goals (I only dropped my first mini goal down by 6 ounces) tried to stick to healthy options, did my c25k this week and it sure payed off!!!! I am so excited that I got to 163.4 today, it's a pound lower than my mini goal weight and 1.6 lbs lower than my original mini goal weight. Good luck to everyone, I'm off to do start week 9 of c25k
