It is my own damned fault that I'm up by over a pound this week. Way too much indulgence in food and wine over the long holiday weekend. I've also recently just become more lax with things overall. Also, related to the wine/food consumption my sleep was totally messed up and was having a negative impact on my morning workouts--meaning that they just weren't happening! I've been back on track since Tuesday, though and plan to stay here!!! I did my 5am workout this morning, and I am committed to limiting my wine to 2 glasses, no more than 3 nights per week. I'm going to have to really bring it in order to meet my challenge goal, which is right before we head to Las Vegas for a conference. I want to be able to enjoy the pool and feel good about the way I look!! I've had a couple months of half-*kitten* efforts, but am ready to once again jump in full force!0 -
So earlier this week I took the challege, revised all of my goals (I only dropped my first mini goal down by 6 ounces) tried to stick to healthy options, did my c25k this week and it sure payed off!!!! I am so excited that I got to 163.4 today, it's a pound lower than my mini goal weight and 1.6 lbs lower than my original mini goal weight. Good luck to everyone, I'm off to do start week 9 of c25k

WOW talk about pushing yourself!! I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it but I did!! 181 even...WOW that's a loss of 4lb. for me!! AMAZING!! Now on to the next one. When I weigh in next week I WILL be in the 170's and that's one heck of a motivator for me!!0 -

Bad news - I didn't make the mini goal. Good news - I have fallen in love with live Zumba classes vs. the game - and so far have gone twice a week for two weeks in a row. I had a bad week this week as you can see below. I was doing very well with the challenge and had actually exceeded my mini goal last week but, this week I had a gain of 3.2 lbs. :noway: :grumble: It is all my fault. NO EXCUSES!!!! I am totally owning it!!! I was on vacation last week and I over indulged in food and drink!!!! I had to REVISE MY GOALS to now make it more attainable. I must focus and get back on track with my exercise and strength training routine and more importantly start logging my food again and make better choices. Vic thank you for putting this challenge together. I appreciate all your efforts and hard work!!!! I wish everyone a FLAB-YOU-LESS WEEK AND CHALLENGE!!!!!!! :drinker: We can do this!!!!!! Sabrina

I love Jillian I did her Ripped in 30...I did it for a mon. & had great results and then I cont. on level 4 for another mon. doing it M-W-F. Then & now I do Jillian's shred with weights & use Bob Harper's 15lb kettlebell...it's now my favorite DVD. I also mtn bike and hike...I wish you the best!!!!0 -

Another week of not seeing my weight going down, but with doing the 30DS my clothes are fitting better, and I can feel my body getting more toned so I've stopping myself from being overly concerned about not losing weight. Would be nice to see that number go down though.0 -

I am at 134.8 this week! Woohoo! I have finally broken thru my plateau!! My mini-goal was 134. I did not make that. But I am happy with my progress.Challenge Reflection: I don't think I will meet my goal this week. I was very realistic at a goal of ,5 lbs per week. But I completely thru caution to the wind a couple of weeks in a row. I was just tired of always being mindful about what I was eating.
So, my 1st mini- goal is 134. My last weigh in was 135.6. My guess is that I will probably weigh in somewhere between 135 - 135.6 this week.
But I think I have control of the eating situation again. This has been a good week so far.

Thanks to the long weekend and TOM I gained after last week's weigh in and spent this week getting rid of it. I'm still on track to reach my ultimate goals so I can't complain .
