I had a bad week this week as you can see below. I was doing very well with the challenge and had actually exceeded my mini goal last week but, this week I had a gain of 3.2 lbs. :noway: :grumble: It is all my fault. NO EXCUSES!!!! I am totally owning it!!! I was on vacation last week and I over indulged in food and drink!!!! I had to REVISE MY GOALS to now make it more attainable.

Thanks everyone! I never thought I would see onederland.... you guys are the bomb!! Everyone is kicking *kitten* in here!!! Congrats to all for all the blood sweat and tears. The fact that you are all doing this is awesome in itself!!!

Steph.........You are absolutely right!!! We can do this and we will!!!! I'm up early this morning and off to the gym. One thing I definitely need to do is be very diligent logging in my food diary!!!
