    I had a bad week this week as you can see below. I was doing very well with the challenge and had actually exceeded my mini goal last week but, this week I had a gain of 3.2 lbs. :noway: :grumble: It is all my fault. NO EXCUSES!!!! I am totally owning it!!! I was on vacation last week and I over indulged in food and drink!!!! I had to REVISE MY GOALS to now make it more attainable.
    Sabrina... :flowerforyou: Same thing happened to me too. Also revised that goal. We did this, and now we can get out of it, right? RIGHT! :drinker:

    Steph.........You are absolutely right!!! We can do this and we will!!!! I'm up early this morning and off to the gym. One thing I definitely need to do is be very diligent logging in my food diary!!!
