Me again! I just had to share this recipe that was given to me.....for banana pancakes..I've had them several times this past week and they are DELISH!!!
All you need is.....
1/2 banana, mashed
1/3 C egg whites (about 2 large eggs, whites only)
sprinkle of cinnamon...
YES thats it people!!!
mix together, and 'fry' like you would a pancake......flip and repeat on other side....The ENTIRE recipe is between 100-110 calories!! Its sooooo delish
To top it off, I put a SMIDGE of Walden Farms calorie free syrup on top...juuuust enough to get a hint of syrup flavor!!

I've tried a similar recipe, but with oatmeal/cream of wheat also. I had no idea it would cook the same way without it. Pretty sweet! I must try it!0 -

I don't know if this was covered somewhere in this thread, but my "paleo pancakes" are very similar, but better
Add a tablespoon of coconut or almond flour.
Whoever said something about adding oats or cream of wheat, that is extra useless carbs! Why ruin a great breakfast??0 -
Sound great.I make oatmeal pancakes. Same thing,other than I use one whole egg and two eggs whites mixed w/1/2 cup of oatmeal Stir it together and fry it like a pancake. Cinnamon,lite syrup==== YUMMEEEE0
