Thanks Tameko, you are so sweet , so I went back to target to change my scale and they only had a weight watch scale , it calculates bone mass, hydration level, and body fat, I really like the sleek design , anybody else have a weight watchers scale by conair and how do u like it0

I'm weighing in and well on track, feels amazing to think I have 21lb to go to get to my xmas goal so at 1.5lbs for 14 weeks left it feels achieveable still. :bigsmile:

Thanks so much to you all and MFP for helping me get to the lowest weight I've been for 14 years and feeling that I CAN do this finally. I must admit I still feel 'fat' in pictures etc but people are truly noticing how much I've lost now, along with smaller clothes of course they are great NSV's.
Hope you're having fun losing and looking forward to Autumn / Fall. I'm off to Uni next week so looking forward to that, although worried about losing out on riding as my main exercise.. I'm planning on adding a gym session or three a week. First time in a gym for a LONG time! :noway:0 -
scale is saying good things to me right now, I want it to be true very badly. we'll see what happens friday.

weighing in at 160.8 this week.... I am an avid scale checker, so I am slightly disappointed as earlier on this week I was at 159.2 ......Very upsetting to be back to the 160s again. But, it will all come in due time I suppose.0

I'm beyond surprised, I really thought I was going to gain this week. It was an emotional roller coaster of health concerns and I had pasta for way too many meals including some days both lunch and dinner. Though I always managed to stay under 1700, thank god..

I'm finally down this week, 2.4 pounds! Huge loss, not sure what's up with that although over the 2 weeks I didn't lose it averages out. So I'd say my additional eating was a success ... unfortunately I feel like maybe I am letting myself overindulge these days. I had a huuuuge dinner last night. On the other hand I walked into panera, almost DIED because I could smell cinnamon and sugar and wanted a pastry soooo bad, and ordered a salad anyway. Without wontons.
Did 7 week measurements on Sat with my trainer and she has me at 29% bodyfat. Anything under 31% for a woman is considered 'average' - not obese but not 'fitness'. Fitness is 21-24% so thats my first goal. At this week it will take me 35 weeks though (eeesh) so I wont' be there for christmas. Oh well I think I can get to 170 at least.0 -

Great job everyone! Sorry I have been missing, I am still on MFP just keep forgetting to post here. I finally have lost some weight. I have lost 2 pounds and am down to 195. I know it's kind of sad I have only lost 2 pounds since the beginning, but I am also going through some medical problems. I am going to see the thyroid doctor this Tuesday so hopefully he will help me out. I found out I have Hashimoto Thyroiditis so maybe that has something to do with me not losing weight. Hopefully he is able to figure something out that will help me start losing. Hopefully that is the reason. I am still eating right, tracking calories, exercising every day, so I am doing everything I need to do. It's just not showing up on the scale. Until this week at least. 2 pounds down is better than 2 pounds up.I guess if I wasn't dieting and exercising I would have been gaining weight this whole time. Sorry I am not much of an inspiration right now. Hopefully I can be soon.

I have been doing well. Exercising and eating in my calorie range. I saw the doctor yesterday and he said that my thyroid feels enlarged, so I have to get blood work done and get an ultrasound. So hopefully we figure out something soon, I mean if there is something wrong.
Hopefully I will lose a little more weight this week.
