Having such a hard time at the moment all my usual goals and rewards are no motivation at all. I would be pleased if I could just lose weight instead of gaining so...
If I lose weight by MONDAY 25th JULY (CW today is 142.25lbs) then I am going to get my haircut. (Going to need doing in the next couple of weeks so also going to say that unless I lose weight, i.e. I am less than 142.25lbs then I am NOT going to get my haircut)
If I lose weight then on Monday I will set a new mini goal.
Nice to have a little treat. Fingers crossed that scale WILL move in the right direction come monday xx0 -
Also ladies if everyone that doesnt already have their goal weight on the chart could let me know what it is I will try and update it this weekend xx0

Im the same as you if i stop with thoughts of doing it later before i know it, its bed time and I still havent fitted itt in!! Its much better if i do it all in one go and get it over in one go so to speak!

Hi ladies, Wow it sounds like you are all getting your exercise in, great work!!
My weekend is not looking good food and exercise wiseI am staying at my parents house for the weekend with the kids so my Husband gets a quiet house to sleep during the day due to his nightshifts. There has been mention of a big roast, lemon meringue pie and toasting marshmellows over an open fire. All yummy but not particularly healthy :noway: and the sad thing is I am really craving sweets at the moment so I don't think I will do very good at keeping it to small portions!! Oh well I just may have to enjoy it all and get back on the horse tomorrow.
I did take the kids for a walk earlier so at least I have had some exercise, although 3 year olds don't walk very fast :grumble: probably should'nt even count it as exercise!! Hmm might have to leave the kids with Mum later and get out for a brisk walk by myself. I'm going to need all the exercise calories I can get :glasses:

GM ladies, Hope you are all having a good weekend. I think my back is good now. Today I am going to do one of the workouts that I see OnDemand. I might try that Butt Bible that I see Collinsky is talking about and something from JM. I went out with some friends last night and had a couple of drinks. Other than that, my eating is going well. We took my girls out to a breakfast buffet this morning and surprisingly I still did pretty good. My stomach has strunk so much that I can't eat like I did before. I don't like that miserable overstuffed feeling that I get. YAAY! That's a real NSV for me.

I had my eye surgery Thursday and my eye surgeon said that I could increase my activity as tolerated. I'm going to take the weekend off of exercising and then maybe start back slowly on Monday. Today is my first real day at counting my calories more closely.
I wanted you all to know that I was thinking of you and that I wasn't ignoring you. I just can't spend too much time on my laptop,I need to rest my eyes.

Hi ladies! I'm going to be taking it easy this week, I suppose - I gave myself plantar fasciitis doing too much, too soon with the jogging. I can't even make a plan right now until I know how it's going to go. Hopefully I caught it soon enough that the exercises, stretches, etc will help quickly.
I'll be definitely continuing with the 100 Push Ups, and if I find out I can't do the 30 Day Shred or C25K this week (I'm really upset about the C25K, it's the workout that gets me up in the morning!) then I can still do Shred it With Weights (Jillian Michaels) and other workouts that don't involve running, jumping, or walking. :grumble: Maybe this is my week to focus on strength training!0 -

I am currently struggling with 30DS (done 2 days so far). If I was capable of doing 200 crunches I wouldn't be on MFP!!
I have done really well the last 4 days. Done plenty of exercise and stayed within my calories so I am hoping for some kind of weight loss tomorrow.0 -

Alright, I'm game! Since I can't do my regular workouts, getting some core work in sounds great! My abs are wrecked since having my babies. I've worked to repair my diastasis rectii, but once I got it back to normal I've slacked off in that department.0 -

Tomorrow is a busy workout day, 5:30am off to the gym for a run/ treadmill intervals. I'll do Chalean Extreme lean cir 1 & 200 crunches while lil man takes his nap. Way to kick off the week!!

Cant decide what to do today exercise wise. Im really tired. I worked from 10:30am yesterday till 10:15pm last night and im pretty tired. Whilst i was at work my husband put together the new bed he got us and rearranged the bedroom. Was such a lovely surprise when I got in. I'd really like to get back in there now!!! :laugh:0 -
I weighed in at 141.2, down from 142.2 - exactly one pound! My goal is to lose about 1.3 pounds a week, but that's close enough.
Today is going to be super busy - I will do as many crunches as I can fit in, but the day is kind of closely scheduled and I won't have much time to myself until late in the day... and I have a feeling (since I'm on MFP at almost 3 AM instead of getting some precious sleep) that I'm going to be running on fumes by then.0 -
Done 74 crunches so far (thanks to JM 30DS!) but probably won't be able to do any more today.
Lost 0.25 lb since Friday so I am making the hair appt. Just need to keep going in that direction now.0 -
Official Monday morning weight 142lbs - same as last week but down on Friday. The way things have been going for me lately just not gaining is a massive bonus. I am going to aim for 140lbs for next week.0

Hey everyone, I weigh in today at 145, so have stayed the same. I should probably be happy I did'nt have a gain after the shocking weekend I had foodwise!! I actually was down to 143.3 on Friday but undid all my hard work in just 2 little days :explode: Ughh weekends are so hard!! I hope to lose it quickly though, that seems to be my pattern, do well all week then badly on the weekend and have usually caught up by the end of the week. It makes my goal seem a long way off though
Oh well, do better next week.
I'm in for the crunches challenge, I actually don't mind crunches :happy: I'm half way done, 100 down, 100 to go. Better get them done now because its almost bed time for me.

Well,I weighed myself this morning and I'm 141.2 lbs....stayed the same as well. I guess I should be happy,considering that I haven't been able to work out since last Tuesday. And I kinda fell off the wagon and had a Red Lobster feast the night before my surgery...:ohwell:
I'm going to do Chalean Extreme Circuit 1 today and some elliptical as well....

Just finished weighing myself and Im now at 141.8, only .4 lbs lost. Im inching towards my goal. lol BUT I did lose a total of 3 inches throughout my body, including 1.5 in. from my waist! So Im very happy about that!! This week Im going to be doing Zumba!
Im in the crunches challenge as well!!
