    Today is a rest day and 10.5hr work day so I'm keeping @ 1200 Cals. Here's my 1054cal menu so far:
    1/2 bagel toasted
    1/4c natural almonds
    Iced soy latte
    1 serving deli fresh chicken meat
    1/2 c strawberries
    1c watermelon
    1c cantelope
    1 serving edamame
    1 serving veggie straws
    Healthy choice lemon herb chicken
    Lots and lots of water.
    I'm thinking of topping it of with some Shakeology when I get home tonight.

    BeccyBerry if you want to include in the chart my FG is 130 IG can be 130 as well. I would love to hit 128 but don't think it something I could maintain on. I'll just have to see how things go! =) Thank you again for rockin it with the chart skills mama!:happy:

    Hey Hot Mamas! I hope that everyone is having a good day. I may have to go to the doctor for this back of mine. It doens't seem to be getting better. I don't know what else to do. Is this just me getting old?? My body doesn't bounce back the way it use to?! LOL I see all of you are doing good things and I want to join in!!!     I'm in on the crunches for sure!

    Today I did a Turbo fire 30 minute HIIT workout,low impact and some ab work.

    Counted my crunches this morning (part of 30DS) and did 84 - that's 10 more than yesterday. I think 200 a day for me right now might be a bit much but I am going to aim to increase the number daily and hopefully get to 200 by the end of the week :happy:

    Worked out why my weight loss is not happening. 2 bad days in the last 7 completely cancelled out the good work I have done on the other days. Also still not convinced about eating back all my exercise calories so from now til next Monday I am only going to eat a maximum of 60% of my exercise calories back and see if that makes a difference.

    Did C25K week 3 today, plus a 1/2 mi walk after (cool down pace, not really great cardio), and then I did Day 2 of the 100 Push Ups program (which was 50 push ups total, over 5 sets with rests in between... thank goodness for the rests! LOL). I also did the 200 crunches, in 8 sets of 25, although I didn't do standard crunches for all of them - I mixed it up with variations for lower abs, transverse, etc.

    I haven't been logging for the past couple days, but I think I'm doing alright with calories. I'll have to make sure to log better tomorrow!

    90 crunches in my 30DS and did another 24 after so up to 114 crunches today. Going to aim for 140 crunches tomorrow.

    Good morning hot mamas! I got my workout in for the am and even added CLX Ab burner for my crunches. WOW! I'll be feeling those. =)

    What is everyone's favorite healthy snack or meal?

    I love KIND nut bars. They are delicious! I also love Shakeology with 1/2c unsweetened chocolate almond milk and 1TBS of PB for breakfast.

    Did 140 crunches yesterday. So far done 90 today and will try and do another 70 by the end of the day.

    Weighed in this morning at 140.75 so I am on track to hit 140 for Monday. If I can fit it in today I will have another go at my Zumba on Wii. Unfortunately what I really need to do is a couple of thousand words of my thesis so that means I will be sitting most of the day so going to have to watch the munchies...

    I'm running a 5K trail run tomorrow morning! It's kind of a last minute thing - I run with a small group of mama-friends, and two of them are doing it tomorrow and they asked me if I wanted to join them. I'm very excited! My very first 5K!

    So I've been missing in action a little this week. The summer holidays have just started here and I have both kids at home. I'd actually forgotton how hard it was to have any sort of routine when they are home :laugh:

    I've been slightly rubbish at the exercise this week i've literally struggled to fit everything in. However we are going on holiday in a couple of weeks so efforts must be doubled!!

    The good news is my husband has decided that he has packed on a couple of pound since quitting smoking so he is going to join me in my efforts to eat better and exercise more. Which has to be said is really going to help because :heart: him, he is a bit of a bad influence!!

    So whats everyone got planned this weekend?

    Hello, future hot moms! I noticed no one was tracking the 10 separate groups, so I thought I’d jump in! Basically, I love to track ANYTHING, I was bored today, and I want to instill some friendly group competition. Here are the group totals from 7/25’s weigh-in:

    GROUP 1 – Lost 14.7 pounds (6 out of 8 members reporting)
    GROUP 2 – Lost 0.6 pounds (4 out of 7 members reporting)
    GROUP 3 – Lost 16.5 pounds (8 out of 8 members reporting)
    GROUP 4 – Lost 11.7 pounds (8 out of 8 members reporting)
    GROUP 5 – Lost 2.8 pounds (4 out of 8 members reporting)
    GROUP 6 - No Check-Ins (0 out of 7 members)
    GROUP 7 – Lost 2.5 pounds (8 out of 8 members reporting)

    Another interesting stat would be % loss / previous recorded weight (same as they do on the biggest loser)


    Did 104 crunches this morning as part of 30DS and then did another 60 so a total of 164. Going to go for the 200 tomorrow!! Can't believe I haven't missed a day so far of the 30DS. I guess the results are keeping me going. Down to 139.75lbs today so that's 2.25lbs since we starting this less than 2 weeks ago! Looking forward to officially weighing in on Monday :happy:

    Colleen, whoohoo on doing your first 5k, sounds like you had fun too!!

    We have a lovely day here today for a change and I would love to get out for a run but my Husband is at work all day and won't be home until around 7pm (by which time it is dark). I did take the boys out for a walk to the shops but it's hard to get any proper exercise in when its just me and the kids :cry:

    I am getting a little frustrated with not losing, I realise that I will have weeks where I don't lose much, I have lost quite a bit and it has definately slowed down a LOT!! I fear that I will slip back though because I am now smaller than I have ever been in my adult life and while I do feel great about it I know I still have a long way to go, I'm not even in the "healthy range" yet and I don't want to give up. If only I was'nt so short I would be at goal by now :laugh:

    I had a cheeky weigh in today and im down on last week but not by a massive amount by any means :laugh:

    Fingers crossed the scale drops tomorrow!!

    I didnt get any exercise in yesterday as I spent the entire day (well 1pm till 7pm) tidying the house and boxing up stuff we dont use / need so my husband could do a carboot sale today. My house is lovely and uncluttered (for the most part.... :laugh: ) and by the time I sat down to eat dinner with the hubby I ached all over... literally from head to toe. I actually felt like Jillian had kicked my butt at some point!!

    So its 7:20am at the moment and I've had porrige and a cup of tea, I've done 2 rounds with Jillian (30 day shred level 1 & Ripped in 30 level 1) and now im going to get started on the ironing. It will probably take me the next 3 hours at least its more of a mountain than a pile!! Then its off to work for a 10 hour shift!! :cry:

    Thanks for posting the teams results! We are all doing great!!!!

    I'm not thinking I lost this week, but as long as I didn't gain I'll be happy with that. My weight loss seems to be great for a couple weeks, than stall out. Anyone else have the same pattern? Staying under cals and keeping up on my exercise and it still happens.

    Official Monday morning weigh in at 139.5 lbs !! YEAH - in the 130's and not planning on seeing the 140's again - ever...

    Also lost 1/2 inch off my waist and 3/4 inch off my hips - IN ONLY ONE WEEK. I love 30DS !!!!

    Having trouble fitting in much else in the way of exercise as I am working on my thesis and only have 3 weeks now to complete it but doing 30DS every morning is really helping me focus.

    My exercise challenge for this week is to walk 40km (according to my pedometer!) I plan on doing a 7.5km walk Tuesday and Thursday mornings and will try and fit in more during the week too. Anyone want to join me? (40km is about 25 miles)

    I weighed in @ 140.2 lbs...so I'm down a pound. This makes me more determined than ever to stick to eating healthy and working out!

    Great job ladies on your losses. You are doing amazing!!! I weighed in at 133.6 AGAIN! That's ok, it's not a gain so I'll take it.

    I'm going to really step up my game this week and try to eat the best I can! We have a family reunion this weekend too so I need to be REALLY REALLY good while there.

    So I had a pretty good weigh in this morning. I lost 1.4 lbs! Woohoo! lol Im down to 140.4 and am now at a "healthy" BMI!! I also lost 1 in. off my waist and 1/2 in. off my hips!

    I also completed the crunches challenge! Did all 1400 crunches! :tongue:

    Keep up the hard work ladies! I think our group is doing pretty good! 8/8 participating is awesome!
