    I weigh in today at 137.4. Only a .4 loss. I think Im going to lower my cals back down maybe to 1300 instead of 1360. I just feel so deprived when they are at 1200!! What is working for you ladies?

    I would stick with it for another week or so. The closer you are to your goal the slower the weight will come off and 0.4 is still a loss! Also make sure you watch your sodium as that will slow things down too.

    How is the C25K going? I had to miss today :sad: cause I feel rubbish :sick: - hoping to carry on tomorrow

    Not so good but then I did have my husbands birthday yesterday!! Roast dinner, cake and wine :drinker:

    I am hoping to get under 140 by the end of the week but given the upset tummy I have at the moment I might be there already :sick:

    Aargh, no loss this week. I'm so irritated. I'm not sure if I should make some changes, or give what I'm doing now another week or so. I did increase my calories (as an experiment) and I think it was a tad too much. I'm going to knock that back down to where it was and see if that helps. My increases in cals need to be in response to increases in physical activity, not the other way around, so that's the approach I'm going to take.

    Sorry to have no loss to report this week, girls. I'm trying not to find it discouraging, but I feel like I worked harder this week than I have. But I can see so many areas where I'm not doing what I need to be doing - diet, sleep, etc - for my body to do what it needs to. So -- I'm taking that feedback and we'll see how next week goes.

    I am under the 140 - was 139.75 last night and 139 this morning. Mostly probably due to being completely empty and dehydrated. Feeling a little better but not quite up to having my butt kicked by Jillian so I am going to make do with a walk today.

    Sara, congrats on breaking the 140 mark!! Make sure you get plenty of water today. Good choice to do a slightly easier workout today -- giving yourself a bit of a rest, but still putting in some work!! WTG!

    OK so should have done something yesterday or today but too busy working (excuses excuses)

    No more excuses tomorrow, long walk then 30DS. Should make it easier to stay under on calories too!

    How is everyone else doing? I'm still under 140 but only just and another couple of days like the last 2 and I won't be and I really don't want to see 140 again - EVER!

    What a day... did a long walk, did my 30DS and spent hours clearing the dining room so my husband can lay a new wood floor over the weekend (while I take my son to see my parents). Despite eating loads and some sweets I am still well under on my calories. Feeling good for 138 goal on Monday.

    After a fat laden weekend (my mums cooking) and very little exercise I was amazed to find I am 137.5lbs today - which is half a pound better than my target. Didn't have time to do my fortnightly measurements today so will have to do that tomorrow morning. Hoping this weight loss isn't just dehydration from the weekend.

    Yesterday I weighed in at 137.0. I was surprised because I havnt really been keeping up with the workouts and water intake. But Im pretty sure I gained it all back last night! I ate horribly!! Pizza, cake, chips, candy...... :grumble: It was Halloween I guess. But today is a new day and the beginning of a new month!! My goal for this month is to keep up with my C25K, drink all of my water, and hopefully lose 5 pounds! :bigsmile:

    Last week I only did one day of C25k. :( So Im going to start week 2 all over again today!
    Its just been sooo cold lately! I have to go jogging in the evenings when my husband gets home from work so he can take care of the kids. Its not that its cold, but its very windy over here! Ok no more excuses! LOL!

    I can relate - I run during the day but the weather here has turned and I am supposed to be doing W2D2 today but its cold and raining :sad:

    Going to give it an hour or two to see if it stops...

    Another pitiful day - no run, no 30DS, stonking headache all day, not helped by drinking more water, having a hot bath or paracetamol so now I am off to bed to try and sleep it off. Initially I thought I might be a bit dehydrated, too much sodium and not enough water yesterday, but 2 pints of water by lunchtime and it was worse not better :sad:

    DIY day tomorrow - acting as annoying patronising assistant to my DH while he lifts and relays the wood floor in the dining room! Really need to find time for some exercise.

    Today I weigh in at 136.8. Finally out of the 137s! But lets see how long that lasts. Even tho the scale has been going down the last 3 weeks, I havnt really been working out hard. And Ive been eating more as well, between 1400-1600 cals a day. Ive only been walking and occasionally doing some sit ups, squats and pushups. Maybe the change of routine has boosted my metabolism? I dont know. Where is everybody?
