Great breakfast ideas: Often times people skip breakfast which is the most important meal of the day and without it they are
only defeating themselves. Also a common mistake is that they have only carbs and this is why they
suffer from the low blood sugar levels and feel sluggish not long afterwards. Best to combine a protein
and whole grain carb for morning fuel. FEEL FREE TO FRIEND ME ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE SOME
POSITIVE FOOD FOR THOUGHT LEFT DAILY to keep you inspired!!

    Ideas:

    egg white scramble or omelette
egg white on whole grain bread (mcmuffin style)
turkey beacon and whole wheat toast
protein shakes (I use Shakeology superfood health drink with over 70 vitamins, nutrients, vegi's & superfruits ..best thing
    I ever did for myself)

Today I had a slice of Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread with a Tbsp of PB, strawberries and green tea. Other days I'll have 2 scrambled eggs and turkey bacon with the fruit and tea.

I had kind of a big one today.

Multigrain Cheerios with Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk (160 Calories)
1 slice Ezekial 4:3 Cinnamon bread (80 Calories)
Strawberry Fiber One Yogurt (50 Calories)

It was a big breakfast, but I am full!

Slimfast :) My stomach is not awake in the morning and I tend to get a little nauseous when I eat.
