    oatmeal!!!

    recipe for my newest creation-

    1 cup old-fashioned oats
    1 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
    1 tbs peanut butter
    1 tbs sugar free syrup

    Cook the oats with the milk for 2.5 minutes in microwave on high. Stir in the PB and syrup. 450 calories. I like a LOT of oats, so you could cut this recipe in half if you tend to eat less in the morning.

    Honey flavored Greek yogurt mixed with Flax Plus vanilla almond granola. I also had a nectarine on the side.
