CHALLENGE #1: Water ~ half your weight in ounces. (ex, 200 pounds, 100 oz)
CHALLENGE #2: Exercise ~ Let's do some old school front planks If you wanna add side planks in there, go for it. I can't do that angle with my shoulder How about 10 planks, up to a min. each? REMEMBER your form!!0 -
Love the Tattoo! I would like to get a small cherry & strawberry together on my inner ankle when I reach my goal weight... But my hubby is advising that he is not into them.... UGH! Men!
My man isn't into the tats either, which makes me question why he's with me since I have 6. He's trying to talk me out of my 7th, but has come to the understanding that it's my body and I can do whatever I want it.0 -
As for my weigh ins, I need to point out that my scale and I have had a falling out of sorts which kind of landed it in the garbage pile (long story) this week with a vow from myself that I will purchase a new one at the end of the month and won't step on another one before that.
Sooo...I'm going to assume that I'm still sitting where I've been until my new scale friend tells me differently.0 -

My parents are actually against tattoos as well. My sister doesn't want one but thinks that I should get one when I reach my goal weight as well. Honestly I am a chicken! I can give birth to 3 kids naturally (w/Epidural) but the thought of a needle on my skin for the outlines & the colorings makes me nervous!0 -

My parents had a fit, regardless of the fact that I was almost 30 when I got my first one.
As for the pain...it's pretty relative as to where you get it. My first tattoos I got on my lower back/hips and I actually fell asleep through them. Just think the closer to the bone you are...the more it's probably gonna hurt. Also, the bigger and more detailed...gonna hurt more too. If the artist has to keep going over irritated skin for more detail, it really starts to hurt. However, if you've given birth to 3 kids...it should be nothing.0 -

Can I just tell you ladies, I tried that "bear crawl" thing last night and HOLY COW. I couldn't get many of them done. Of course I showed the bf how to do them and he was quickly bear crawling all over the floor. That's what I get for having a fairly fit bf, I suppose. He could at least make them LOOK hard. :laugh:0 -

I really lost track when I lost my phone and couldn't get on my fitness pal anymore! Got my phone back now and starting in the morning I will be back on track! I guess I must weigh in...back up to 232.0

My husband doesn't have tattoos or piercings but I have three tatts and 8 piercings (7 ears, 1 nose). He likes mine but isn't into getting them himself. As for my family ~ my mom, brother, sister and I are the only ones. My dad wouldn't get one My brother and I got our thirds together. I guess I have a high pain tolerance because they don't bother me. I have had two 9.5 pound babies w/ no drugs, too...and would totally do it again. I got up within 10 mins of having my middle one and was walking around.0 -
I didn't forget abouy y'all. Jsut been out of comission for a few days. Looks like everyone is still doing great. I have technically broken my plateau though I am not very happy with the loss since I have barely eaten in 4 days.

Ok, this week has blown majorly in the eating department. I have done horribly. Hitting it hardcore beginning tomorrow!! I had a bit too much to drink this weekend...which is totally out of character for me. I normally don't drink a whole lot. I have a bottle of watermelon vodka on the top of my fridge that is 2/3 full but I have had it for well over a year. So, Friday night, I had a mixed drink and 6 shots of tequila. I felt like poo the next morning. Then Saturday night, I had 2 small pina coladas and a margarita. They weren't strong, thankfully...couldn't taste the liquer, but I still feel horrid. Going back to my non-drinking days for a bit!
I also didn't walk my boys to school any last week (mainly because of all the rain from the storms we got earlier). Just threw me out of the loop.
Getting back to it tomorrow!! Walking the boys to school, protein shake for breakfast, hitting the gym I don't expect a loss this week which means I really need to bust my butt w/ no more caving if I want to get to my Christmas goal of 199!! Grrr.0 -

So last week I was 222.6 today I am 222. Interesting how the sodium & fibre can really change your weight loss!0 -
I forgot to weigh this morning...so will do tomorrow! By the time I remembered, I had already had a egg and turkey sandwich and a soda (not diet, Kristin)...will just let you know tomorrow!
