Met my weekly goal.
Weekly Goal: 7000 7/25-7/31
Mon: 0 (sick)
Tues: 1466 (45 bike ride, 50 mins inclined treadmill, and 35 mins strength training)
Wed: 1465 (50 min walking, 50 mins inclined walking and 90 min golf range)
Thur: 1408 (60 min bike, 50 mins walking and 35 mins strength training)
Fri: 1441 (50 mins inclined walking, 30 mins walking, 10 mins elliptical, 15 bike ride and 60 golf range)
Sat: 1378 (59 min bike, 60 mins on golf range, 25 mins inclined walking

Mon: 634 (uphill walking and pilates)
Tues: 1456 (3 mile jog, circuit training, pilates & eliptical)
Wed: 1391 (3.2 mile walk/hills, pilates, 10 mile bike ride outside)
Thur:1665 (eliptical, weight training, spin class) today was a crazy intense calorie burn wow
Fri: 758 (spin class, circuit training, hot power yoga)
Sat:358 (3 hour teacher training- inversions)

This challenge was wonderful for me, very motivational. Seeing my calories day by day in a post was really helpful. Next week I am upping it to 5000.0 -

Left to go: 548...didn't make the 3500 this week, but I will do better next week. I was so busy helping out my parents and was gone from the house almost everyday running errands and such that by the time Saturday rolled around I was worthless.0 -
