It is so old school. And its such a SIMPLE exercise. but I HATE Jumping Jacks. With a passion!
Here here makes me feel like my fat is going to rip off lol

I don't mind most types of exercise - I just hate gyms. So I have my own treadmill and stick to that at home.0

Push up jacks are killer. My least favorite .. .right after that is burpees0

Lunges, but that's partly because I have a bad knee. Other than that, they just suck.0

I enjoy running because I pace myself so it doesn't tire me out easily, but I hate lifting weights with a passion. So tedious, repetitive and hurts like *kitten*.0

Most stretching stinks. I seriously think that PTs use that word to cover up their intent to pull/tear your muscles so they can "rehab" you once a week for the rest of your life, which in turn promises to make the injury worse.1
