    lunges... i have a bad knee and it kills. But if they are a required workout then I do them with caution. :)

    Does Treadmill count?, because I personally think it was designed by some dungeon master to be the most uncomfortable form of cardio in existence.

    I feel worse after using one than I do before, so I stick to either stairs, elliptical, bike, or old fashioned running.

    Burpees, definitely. Just too fiddly and annoying or something.

    Don't like lunges much either but I'm doing them, with a barbell.

    Love squats , feel like a real proper weight trainer when I do them!

    I just googled "Jillian Michaels' spider pushup planks". Up until now I had never seen one, never mind tried one, but I'm fairly sure I'm going to despise it.

    Someone please tell me its not in Level 2 or 3 of the 30 Day Shred! Please! (even if it is, tell me it isn't!) :sad:

    Jillian Michaels' spider pushup planks, her jumping oblique twists, her squats with v-raises and finally her double jump ropes...I groan every time I get to these spots on her videos, but I know they are for my own good! Doesn't mean I like them lol!

    Definetly the double jump rope for me. My calves were screaming even in level 1!

    I hate squats. OMG, I feel like I'm going to die by time i'm done. Just want to go home and take a nap.

    OMG! Who are you telling? I couldn't walk for 3 darn days after my last bootcamp. And I'm pretty sure it felt like we did squats the WHOLE time with every station. LOL

    It is so old school. And its such a SIMPLE exercise. but I HATE Jumping Jacks. With a passion!

    Here here makes me feel like my fat is going to rip off lol

    hhahahahahhaha I know right. I effen hate jumping jack for the fear of knocking myself out with my boobs or fat.

    Burpees. I refuse to do them. I once quit a class because the instructor did them every time. NO BURPEES!!!

    I've never done a burpee, but I have a feeling I would hate them.

    As it stands, I currently hate lunges with a fiery passion.

    I don't mind most types of exercise - I just hate gyms. So I have my own treadmill and stick to that at home.
